Itâs time to announce something Iâve been wanting to do for a while!
Over the last year, Iâve been solely focused on supporting my clients individually, knowing in the back of my mind that Iâd return to offering group coaching and learning experiences when the timing felt right.
Perhaps itâs that âback to schoolâ September energy or maybe itâs that Iâm back to traveling, but Iâm feeling energized and ready to create space for more people, more growth, and more connection.
Iâm thrilled to announce that Iâm hosting a new round of âPodsâ starting later this month!
Iâm hosting a seven-week group (or âPodâ) experience starting on September 27th, 2023 to help you create more JOY and COURAGE as you experience change in your career and life.

First, some backgroundâŠ
Since January, Iâve been hosting free âOpen Hoursâ to help people process the changes associated with work transitions (like layoffs or voluntary quitting). Through the 20+ group conversations Iâve hosted, itâs been reaffirmed to me how lonely and overwhelming it can feel to undergo a big work transition.
Itâs also become clear that when we view change through the lens of opportunity, curiosity, and empathy (especially towards ourselves), change becomes a heck of a lot easier, and even exciting!
How we experience change all comes down to the strength of our âmental fitnessâ: our ability to stop self-sabotaging ourselves (like questioning whether weâre âgood enoughâ) and instead, activate the parts of our brain that help us create the next phase of our work and lives with joy, peace, and intention.
Over the course of seven weeks, Iâll be coaching and guiding a small group of individuals who are ready to strengthen their mental fitness.

How will a Pod support you?

Okay, so what are Pods?
Pods are safe, supportive, small groups of people who help each other become happier, more peaceful, and joyful within a container of encouragement, confidentiality, and accountability.
Leveraging a framework called Positive Intelligence (or âPQâ), Pods strengthen their mental fitness together so they can:
Learn to manage their energy so their energy works for them, not against them
Become more present for what they care about most
Develop boundaries to protect their inner peace
Build the courage to take a leap in the direction of a big, scary dream
Gain clarity about what ignites them and makes them feel alive
Stop feeling so much guilt for not doing âenoughâ
Become more vulnerable and open in their relationships
Learn to take better care of themselves, putting their own needs and desires first, with less guilt
Learn to navigate career and life with less weight and more inner peace and joy!
Pod members invest about 2-3 hours per week building their mental fitness through a combination of live coaching, group support and accountability, self-learning (through short videos and an audiobook), and practical on-demand exercises (on an app).
Spots for each pod are intentionally very limited (6 people max) in order to encourage safety and space for everyone to bring their whole selves to each conversation.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The next Pod is tailored to people (regardless of age, gender, or type of work) who are experiencing or desiring a career-related transition of any type. This might include a recent layoff, wanting a different job or career, a promotion, starting a new role, or any other type of work change.
The Details
The first pod meeting with be held on Wednesday, September 27th, 2023 from 6 pm - 7 pm U.S. Central time. We will meet every Wednesday thereafter at the same time for a total of seven calls.
Pod members will receive seven group coaching sessions, access to the entire PQ framework (for life!), videos, an audiobook, access to the global PQ community, and on-demand support via a Whatsapp group.
The seven-week Pod experience is priced at USD $799
